The Town of Clover has been requested to provide a Variance for 1057 S.Main Street, Tax Map #’s 363-00-00-006, 363-00-00-007, and 363-00-00-100, owned by Ultra Additives, LLC, to allow a decrease of the front setback from 50’ to 30’.  The applicant requests the variance in order to construct a new warehouse.

The Board of Zoning Appeals will consider this request on Tuesday, August 15, 2017, at 6:00 PM, Clover Community Center, 120 Bethel Street, Clover, SC, 29710.
