Clover Youth Basketball Program
As an agency dedicated to serving the community as a whole, the Clover Parks and Recreation Department welcomes all people regardless of gender, age, ability or socio-economic status. We encourage participation in programming to all community members in order to promote health, wellness, social skills, leadership training, discipline, personal welfare and special abilities. The Clover Parks and Recreation Department believes that recreation is essential to any well-rounded individual and can enhance the life of anyone that participates.
The Parks and Recreation Department continually offers opportunities for program participation through a variety of venues including but not limited to athletic leagues, camps and clinics.
Participants, ages 3 - 15, will learn the basic basketball skills and have the opportunity to play in every game. The activity fee includes a reversible basketball jersey. Players must provide their own mouth pieces, shorts and tennis shoes.
Athletic league programs are offered in the winter.
Participant age and activity fee is dependent upon the respective camps offered. Camps are offered in the summer.
Participant age and activity fee is dependent upon the respective clinics offered. Clinics are offered throughout the year and generally coincide with the athletic leagues.

Winter 2016-17 Registration
Registration for the Winter 2016-17 Youth Basketball League will is on a first come, first serve basis. Registration will be conducted from Monday, October 3rd until Friday, October 21st at the Clover Community Center (120 Bethel Street, Clover, SC 29710) and will be conducted during normal business hours, between 9:00am and 6:00pm, Monday through Friday. The registration will be $40 for Start Smart and 6U Coed; the fee will be $50 for all other divisions. The following divisions will be offered:
15 & Under Coed (10ft. Goal): cannot turn 16 before September 1, 2016
12 & Under Boys (10ft Goal): cannot turn 13 before September 1, 2016
12 & Under Girls (10ft. Goal): cannot turn 13 before September 1, 2016
10 & Under Boys (10ft. Goal): cannot turn 11 before September 1, 2016
10 & Under Girls (10ft. Goal): cannot turn 11 before September 1, 2016
8 & Under Boys (8ft. Goal): cannot turn 9 before September 1, 2016
8 & Under Girls (8ft. Goal): cannot turn 9 before September 1, 2016
6 & Under Coed (6ft. Goal): cannot turn 7 before September 1, 2016
4 & Under Coed (Start Smart): cannot turn 5 before September 1, 2016 and must be 3 by December 31, 2016
