Recycling at The Oaks of Clover and Brookfield Enclave
Posted Date:
10/22/2019
Our recycling program is extending to include The Oaks of Clover and Brookfield Enclave.

It is the goal of the Town of Clover to make it easy for citizens to recycle.  Recycling is good for the environment as it keeps valuable resources out of landfills.

The Town has successfully extended our recycling collection agreement with the City of York and was able to finally add The Oaks of Clover and the Brookfield Enclave neighborhoods to the Monday Recycling Route.

Here is a short list of items that can be picked up by our recycling truck.

  • ·         Newspapers
  • ·         Plastic bottles
  • ·         Aluminum cans
  • ·         Tin food cans

See the attached flyer for a more options and exclusions (including plastic bags and cardboard).

If your recycle bin contains any items other than what is on the list, your bin will be considered contaminated and will not be picked up by the Recycling Truck.  You may take your recyclable to one of the York County Convenience Centers or place the bin at the curb for collection the next week.

Please have your recycle bin at the curb by 7am on Mondays starting November 4, 2019.

Our Public Works Department has been busy delivering recycle bins to these neighborhoods.   If you have not yet received yours, please contact Town Hall at 803-222-9495.
