• Pre-screenings are not required

• Appointments not needed

• Tests are performed on a first-come, first serve basis

• Antibody tests will NOT be available

• Testing is available to everyone, with or without symptoms

• An Affinity Health Center healthcare provider will perform a nasal swab

• Participants must enter the First Baptist Church parking lot on S. Main Street

• Clover PD will be on-site directing traffic

• Must remain in your vehicles at all times

• Please wear a mask

• If you do not have a mask, one will be given on-site
