COVID-19 vaccines are being offered in York County in accordance with SCDHEC guidelines.

Piedmont Medical Center and the City of Rock Hill have established a community clinic to administer the COVID-19 vaccine in York County to eligible persons.  If you are eligible per SCDHEC, visit  https://www.piedmontmedicalcenter.com/our-response-to-covid-19/covid-19-vaccine-request to submit a Vaccine Request Form.

Vaccines are currently available to age 65+ age population.  Persons need to register through the following website to get enrolled in the SCDHEC VAMS system (submit a Vaccine Request Form) https://www.piedmontmedicalcenter.com/our-response-to-covid-19/covid-19-vaccine-request.  Updated versions of Chrome, Safari, Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge (internet browsers) are requried.

Persons MUST have an email address in order to enroll.  This means that shared email accounts among family members will not work in this system.  IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE SETTING UP AN EMAIL ADDRESS, PLEASE CONTACT TOWN HALL AT 803-222-9495.

Once registered through the website above, an email will be sent from VAMS.CDC.gov.  Residents will need to complete the enrollment in VAMS and can select appointments at the Piedmont Rock Hill site if appointments are still available.  If there are no appointments available, continue looking as new date and time slots are added for the week on Mondays and Tuesdays around noon.
