A Public Hearing will be held on Monday, August 9, 2021, at 6:30pm at the Clover Community Center, on Ordinance 21-19 to rezone 406 N. Main Street from B-2 Highway Commercial to R-7 High Density Residential.
The Clover Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, August 9, 2021, at 6:30 PM at the Clover Community Center located at 120 Bethel Street, Clover, SC, on Ordinance 21-19 to amend the Town of Clover Zoning Map such that the zoning district designation for property owned by Kennedy Living Trust located at 406 N. Main Street, Tax Map No. 010-03-09-049, be rezoned from B-2 Highway Commercial to R-7 High Density Residential.
