The Town of Clover offers assistance to commercial property owners to repair and improve the exteriors of their buildings. Improvements may include painting, signs, awnings, doors, windows, lighting, landscaping and/or parking lot improvements.
The FAÇADE GRANT will fund up to $2,000 on a 50/50 matching basis. For example, for a $2,000 project, the grant would reimburse $1,000. Applicants are encouraged to consult with design professionals to develop an application that will meet the grant requirements and Town zoning ordinances and building codes. The MAIN STREET MAKEOVER GRANT will fund up to $1,000 with no match requirement. Special consideration will be given to new businesses (open less than 3 years). Use link above to download the Main Street Makeover Grant Packet.
Both grants are competitive and funding is limited. Applicants are encouraged to contact the Greater Clover Chamber of Commerce to discuss potential projects. All projects must meet Town of Clover Zoning and Land Development Ordinance and building code requirements.
