The Clover Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, April 4, 2022, at 6:30 PM at the Clover Community Center, 120 Bethel Street, on the following Ordinances to amend the Zoning and Land Development Ordinance.
The Clover Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, April 4, 2022, at 6:30 PM at the Clover Community Center, 120 Bethel Street, on the following Ordinances:
- Ordinance 22-01 to amend the Zoning and Land Development Ordinance by amending sections of the ordinance pertaining to Conservation Subdivisions, including Section 7.4, Site Design Standards for Conservation Subdivisions; Section 4.4, Common Open Space; and Section 10.3, Types of Applications.
- Ordinance 22-03 to rezone property located at and around 602 Old North Main Street, commonly referred to as the Coltex Mill site, consisting of Tax Parcels 010-02-11-001, 010-02-11-002, 010-02-11-003, 010-02-11-004, 010-02-11-005, 010-02-11-006, 010-02-10-005, and 010-02-11-023, which are currently zoned ID Industrial so as to rezone said eight parcels to establish a single PDD Planned Development District (PDD-2022-01).
