The Town of Clover Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) will meet on Tuesday, June 21, 2022, at 6:00PM, at the Clover Community Center, 120 Bethel Street, Clover, SC, to consider a Variance filed by Chris Bridges and Catherine Knight on behalf of Ultra Additives LLC, 1098 Ultra Avenue.

The Town of Clover Board of Zoning Appeals will meet on Tuesday, June 21, 2022, at 6:00pm at the Clover Community Center, 120 Bethel Street, Clover, SC, to consider  Case #22-03, a variance application filed by Chris Bridges and Catherine Knight on behalf of Ultra Additives LLC in reference to the Town of Clover Zoning and Land Development Standards Section 2.3 Table 1 Schedule of Permitted and Conditional Uses and Off-Street Parking Requirements, By Zoning Districts, to reduce parking spaces from 72 to 57 spots, and Section 4.3-5 (2) Landscaping Requirements, to waive the requirement for tree planting within the parking lot, at property located at 1098 Ultra Avenue, Tax Map # 363-00-00-121.
