The Town of Clover has partnered with the Clover Area Assistance Center to create a new water bill assistance program called Love Your Neighbor.

Enroll to add a fixed, monthly donation to your water bill.  It can be $1 or $5 or any other whole dollar amount.  The selected amount will be added to your monthly water bill.  Donated funds will be transferred to a special account that will be restricted for financial assistance to those in need. 

Click HERE to Enroll Today!  Or download the Donation Enrollment Form and return to Town Hall, 116 Bethel Street, during normal operating hours or in the drop box.  You will need your customer number found on the water bill. 

Need Help?

The Clover Area Assistance Center will administer the Love Your Neighbor program by evaluating customers for eligibility for financial assistance.  If you are eligible for assistance due to financial hardship, CAAC will issue a Payment Voucher for full or partial payment.  Return the Voucher to Town Hall so that your water bill account can be credited the approved amount from the donated funds.
