The Clover Community Center and Gallery 120 are open to the public Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, under the following conditions:
- Only 2 persons are allowed in the Recreation Department lobby at any time.
- Persons entering the Clover Community Center are required to sign-in.
The Police Department lobby is open for police business only. Other Town buildings including Public Works, Fire Department, and Development Services are open by appointment.
TOWN SERVICES

Water cut offs were suspended for March, April and May 2020. The Town did not disconnect water service for non-payment for bills that were due during these months nor was the $30 disconnect fee applied. Late fees were applied to all past due balances. Customers with outstanding balances should contact

- Parks and Recreation
- All parks are open. Bathrooms at parks may be closed after hours and on weekends.
- Clover Parks and Recreation recommends adults bring their own disinfecting wipes to disinfect hand-hold surfaces prior to play on playgrounds and at the splash pad. Social distancing is encouraged at all Town of Clover parks, facilities and amenities. Visitors to the Splash pad and park playgrounds are expected to be courteous and respectful of others at all times.
- Mask and social distancing will be required during all athletic activities.

Please
pay on-line if you have made a payment arrangement or simply want to pay the fine. Protocols have been implemented to ensure the safety of Town staff and defendants during court including:
- Limit of 5 persons in the court room plus up to 5 court officials (judge, clerk, police officers)
- Only police officers, defendants and attorneys, parent/guardian of juveniles, essential witnesses, and Victim's Advocate and victims will be allowed in the court room
- Temperatures will be taken. Persons with a fever will not be allowed.
- Face masks and social distancing are required. Hand sanitizer is available.
